Services Provided
Cha Cha’s Chicken arranges, coordinates, and delivers food orders from popular restaurants, as well as provides catering packages and optional on-site services. Our services are available in Mississauga, Toronto, and surrounding areas.
Ordering & Payment
- All orders must be placed through our website, by phone, or by email confirmation.
- All order must be placed 48 hours in advance.
- A deposit may be required.
- Prices listed are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, major credit cards, debit, and other approved payment methods.
- Minimum total order amount (before tax) is $300 for individual or platter.
- Minimum total order amount (before tax) is $1500 for catered events.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled more than 24 hours before delivery may be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to partial or full charges.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., restaurant closures, supply issues), we reserve the right to substitute menu items of equal or greater value.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Cha Cha’s Chicken is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
